Your Mission
🎯 Identify and approach new leads across aviation, education & safety sectors
📞 Conduct customer calls, online demos, and onsite presentations
📈 Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
🤝 Close deals and hand over to key account team
🌍 Represent SimXity at events, expos and industry meetups
What You Bring
✅ First experience in B2B sales or business development (tech, SaaS, or training a plus)
✅ Self-starter with strong communication skills
✅ Fluent in English – German or Spanish are a plus
✅ Confident in CRM tools, digital communication & hybrid selling
✅ Passion for tech, aviation or XR makes you stand out
