As a Key Account Manager at SimXity, you will be the trusted face to our most valuable customers. You’ll play a central role in scaling our global footprint by nurturing high-impact accounts and bringing immersive tech solutions to life with our partners in aviation, safety, and training.
Your Responsibilities
🤝 Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise customers
🔍 Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
📈 Drive revenue growth and customer success across strategic accounts
🧩 Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops) to deliver customized solutions
📊 Monitor account health, feedback, and performance KPIs
🗺️ Support international expansion by representing SimXity at meetings, demos and events
Your Profile
✅ Proven experience in key account management or enterprise sales
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluently, German is a plus)
✅ Experience in SaaS, aviation, XR, or training industry is a strong advantage
✅ Hands-on attitude, strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value
